David Harrod Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Harrod Sr. of Omaha, Texas, born in Naples, Texas, who passed away on November 3, 2024 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Harrod Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Houston Harrod and Myrtle Mable Davis Harrod; his son Brad Sells; his sister Mary Hawkins; and his nephew Kevin Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Nelda Sue Harrod of Omaha; his sons, David Harrod, Jr. of Austin and Paul (Chanda Harrod); his granddaughters, Isabell Harrod Harrison and Blakely Harrod; and his stepgrandchildren, Nathan Lanier and Paige Lanier. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Springhill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Concord Baptist Church or Springhill Cemetery Association.
