He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence A. Folsom and Helen Louise Solly Folsom; and his brother Jackie Folsom. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Folsom of Omaha; his children, Jason Folsom of Omaha and Cori; his son-in-law Kevin McLemore of Maumelle, Arkansas; his brothers, Alford Folsom and Jimmy Folsom (Wendy) of Deweyville, Texas; and his grandchildren, Coby Folsom, Griffin McLemore and Lillianne McLemore. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
