He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Frank Boozer and Mary Alene Parker Boozer. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Boozer of Omaha; his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Dwayne Heard of Lake Striker, Texas; his son Bruce Boozer; his sisters, Connie Caldwell of Omaha, Margie, Rafel Ranes of Mesquite and Lynn Cheshire of Amarillo, Texas; his grandchildren, Trey Ewalt, Trevor Ewalt, Talor Ewalt, Chelsea Ewalt and Dustin Heard; and his great grandchildren, Stetson Cain, Journey Murillo, Rhaelynn Ewalt, Cooper Ewalt and Natalie Murillo. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Omaha.
