He is survived by: his wife Kristi Berry of Omaha; his stepparents, Stormie Berry of Longview and Rick Cobb of Bryans Mill; his children, Grace Berry of Omaha and Michael Allen Berry of Omaha; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Stephanie Berry of Omaha; his grandparents, Forrest, Joan Clair of Omaha and Frankie Berry of Naples; and his mother-in-law Susan Palmiotto of Omaha. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
