He was predeceased by: his father Robert Eugene Williams Sr.; his daughter Toyika Tiechelle Williams; his daughter-in-law Mistee Byrd Williams; and his sister-in-law Nina Williams. He is survived by: his mother Madie Merle Williams (Perkins) of Olton, Texas; his wife Theresa Ann Williams of Olton; his son Robert Eugene Williams III of Lubbock, Texas; his grandchildren, Natalie Grace Williams, Ashlyn Haylee Valenzuela of Mississippi, D'neise Laverty of Shallowater and Kailey Kratochwill of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and his siblings, Alan Williams (Dani) of Olton, Kevin Williams (Brenda) of Olton, Chris Williams (Twilla) of Nazareth, Texas, Fredda Dear (Leland) of Olton and Linda Garlick (Bill) of North Carolina. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
