He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Scrimshire); his wife Ruby Smith; his daughter Oleta Bennett; and his son-in-law Jimmy Wayne Bennett.
He is survived by: his son Larry Smith of Olton.
