He was predeceased by: his parents, Sabas Chapa and Felicita Chapa. He is survived by: his wife Julia; his children, Rosa Flores (Tommy) of Lamesa, Rachel Chapa of Houston, Sabas Chapa of Lubbock, Reynaldo Chapa of Ft. Stockton and Joe Castillo (Monica); and his sisters, Rebecca Charles of Bamboo, Soyla Trevino of Bamboo, Minerva Lopez of Del Rio and Eloisa DeLeon of Alice. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
