He is survived by: his spouse Virginia Viola Goode; his grandchildren, Olivia Jones and Brad Jones; his brother Cecil Meyer; his daughters, Cecelia Cates (Steve) of Beaver, OK, Diana Helfenbein of Perryton, TX, Glenda Jones of Darrouzett, TX, Vickie Thurman (Darrell) of Perryton, TX, Joni Baker (Robert) of San Antonio, TX and Jamie McNeely (Jim) of Darrouzett, TX; his grandchildren, Shayla Cates, Theron Cates (Stacia), Amanda Helfenbein, Michell Turner (Terry), Donna Dunn (Justin), Jay Basler, Tami Lowry (Troy), Kami Appelhans (Brent), Darren Thurman (Leslie), Natasha Wade, Natalie Boulos (Ayman), Sheri Blau (Justin), Jessica Clayton (Lyle) and Chris Chambers (Heather); and his siblings, Wendell Meyer of Olton, TX, Bernard Meyer (Sue) of Mabank, TX, Glendell Meyer (Rose Marie) of Booker and Clarine Deeds (Gene) of Lubbock, TX. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and one on the way; and five great great grandchildren.
