He is survived by: his wife Silvia Saldivar of Olton; his sons, Daniel Santillan (Carmen) of Juarez, Juan Santillan (Alejandra) of Juarez, Samuel Santillan (Yliana) of Juarez and Israel Santillan of Olton; and his siblings, Fernando Santillan of Mexico, Valentin Santillan of Mexico, Francisco Santillan of Mexico, Alfredo Santillan of Mexico, Maria Santillan of El Paso, Lupe Santillan of El Paso, Lilia Santillan of New York, Gaby Santillan of El Paso and Carmen Santillan of Mexico.
