With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn Stroope (Olton, Texas), born in Ralls, Texas, who passed away on March 31, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Jordan and Fyloma Jordan (Thrash); her husband Charles Stroope; and her son Steve Stroope. She is survived by: her son Danny Stroope (Sonjia) of Mayfield; her sister Donna Hjalmer of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Cody Stroope (Shannon) of Pearland, Danya Bailey (Cal) of Temple, Garrie Dawn Nowlain (Cody) of New Deal and Kayla Mandrell (Skeets) of Olton.
The family suggests memorials be made to the First Baptist Church Missions Fund PO Box 287 Cotton Center, TX 79021.
