He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Humberto Aviles and Ninfa Rios; his uncle David Aviles; and his cousin Jessica Quintanilla. He is survived by: his parents, Onecimo Dean and Gledy Rios (Aviles) of Olton; his son Trinidad David Rios of Hale Center; his grandparents, Irene Aviles of Eagle Pass and Margarito Rios of Edinburg; and his siblings, Eduardo Rios (Ami) of Olton, Dean Rios of Olton and Magaly Rios of Olton.
