He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer Givens and Enid Givens (Wilson); and his son Chad Givens. He is survived by: his children, Dale Wayne Givens (Denise) of Olton and Lori Burch (Richard) of Muleshoe; and his siblings, Tim Givens (Cindy) of Happy and Renee Williams (Ken) of Olton.
The family suggests memorials be made in Dennis' name to the Olton Junior Livestock Association PO Box 799 Olton, Texas 79064.
