He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcelino Garcia and Catarina Garcia (Aguirre); his wife Felipa Garcia; his daughter Mary Lou Almanza; and his granddaughter Lulu Almanza.
He is survived by: his children, David Garcia of Olton, Gilbert Garcia (Martha) of Amarillo, Danny Garcia (Laura) of Wolfforth, Ricardo Garcia (Elva) of Lamesa, Valentine Garcia (David Lippe) of Upper Marlboro, Marcelino Garcia (Suzie) of Littlefield and Marlyn Martinez of Austin. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
