She is survived by: her children, Eddie Medrano (Barbara) of Picayune, MS, Gilbert Medrano (Lucretia) of New Orleans, Sammy Medrano (Adyell) of New Orleans and Elizabeth Logan (George) of Chalmette, LA; and her siblings, Robert Casares of Olton, Johnny Casares (Linda) of Olton, Luis Casares (Norma) of Olton, Mike Casares (Juliette) of Olton, Raymond Casares of Littlefield, Jerry Casares of Dimmitt, Serbando Casares, Jr. of Plainview, Amelia Luera of Olton, Rosemary Gonzales (Pete) of Garland, Sandy Casares of Garland, Cindy Taylor (Michael) of Rowlett, Elena Ruiz of San Antonio, Maria Sauceda of Plainview and Stella Bouie of New Orleans. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
