He is survived by: his mother Coez Spurlock (Putman) of Mineral Wells, Texas; his wife Becky Spurlock of Olney, Texas; his son Jeremy; his daughter-in-law Rachel Spurlock of Spring, Texas; his daughter Shelley Spurlock (Robert Olds) of Olney, Texas; his grandchildren, Jackson Spurlock, Ben Spurlock, Madison Spurlock, Bailey Spurlock, David Spurlock, Rose Spurlock and Parker Olds; and his brother Tommy Spurlock (Stacy) of Perrin, Texas..
