He is survived by: his father Mike Lewis of Texas; his sister Shannon; his brother-in-law Russ Adams of Olney, Texas; his niece Cierra (Trey Messimer) of Olney, Texas; his nephew Cully Adams of Olney; his great-nephews, Eli and Caleb Lewis of Ohio; and his daughter Ashleigh (Jacob Sinzun). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, two grandchildren, and three great-nephews.
