He was predeceased by: his parents, King Powdrill and Zula Powdrill (Britt); his wife Lillian Martha Marie Everage; and his son Charles Bedford, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Jan Powdrell of Albuquerque, Patricia Joy of Las Vegas, Nevada and James Oggs of Mineral Wells, Texas; and his brother Isaac "Ponie" Powdrell of Olney, Texas. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
