She was predeceased by: her daughter Lee Ann Campbell; and her stepson Gene Blair. She is survived by: her husband Roy H. Blair; her children, Roger Henry Blair of Olney, Roydell Gregory of Blanchard and Debbie Lynn Tedrow of Megargel; and her brother Leon Parish of Wichita Falls. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
