He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ray Phillips and Jackie Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Gena Phillips of Olney; his children, Todd Phillips (Ashley) of Olney, Tiffany Dame of Olney and Tobey Wolfe of Oklahoma; his sisters, Diann Kinser of Newcastle and Felicia Jones of Olney; his stepmother Esther Hoffman of Newcastle; his grandchildren, Jacob Bright of Karah Dame, PF, Kalie Dame, Brinkley Bright, Aiden Phillips, Tate Twilligear and Logan Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Cambrea, Hayden and Cayleigh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
