He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Herbert Fischer and LaVern Fischer (Tschoertner). He is survived by: his wife Donna Terry Fischer of Olney, Texas; his daughter Amanda; his son-in-law James Rose of Allen, Texas; his son Andrew Fischer of Plano, Texas; his grandchildren, Alexander Rose and Tabitha Rose; his sister Marjorie; his brother-in-law Mike Peters of Seguin, Texas; and his mother-in-law Luella Terry of Olney, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
