She was predeceased by: her parents, Arcadio Aleman and Agustina Aleman (Gonzales); her siblings, Arcadio Aleman, Jr., W. G. "Ben" Aleman, Rene Aleman, Guadalupe Aleman, Anita Esquivel, Lidia Badillo and Elva Salas; and her niece Belinda Reyes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Octaviano Aleman of Falfurrias, Luis Aleman of Olney, Texas and Delia Calderon of Kerrville, Texas; her nieces, Mary Lou Muñiz, Yolanda Perez and Eva Sanchez; her nephew Thomas Badillo; and her great-niece Stephanie Hinojosa.
