She is survived by: her husband Jim Cuba; her children, Cyndi (Rick Boone), Mike (Milea Cuba) and Cathi (Howard Patterson); her brother Larry Thoele (Donna) of Jacksonville, FL; her sister-in-law Janet Thoele; her grandchildren, Mike Boone, Audra Boone, Mark Cuba (Melissa), Mary Cuba, Jori Patterson Martin (Ethan), Kenzie Patterson and Coleman Patterson; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Mila, Ellie Cuba, Hadley Martin and Davis Wingo. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
