It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clyde Turner (Olney, Texas), born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lubert Turner and Louise Turner (Graves); his parents-in-law, Maybelle and Tom Christal; his sons, Gary Mack Turner and Clyde Turner, Jr.; his wife Margie Turner; his siblings, Carl Turner, Milton Turner and Lib Webb; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Webb, Jack Eustace, Jerry Christal and Jody Christal.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy, Jan Turner of Olney, Rick and Kim Turner of Olney; his grandchildren, Tye Turner (Sara) of Wichita Falls, Blake Turner (Lisa) of Ector, Kevin Turner of Dallas, Malia Cawthon (Ryan) of Olney and Kyle Turner (Jill) of Olney; his sister Connie Lewis (Doug) of Cape Carteret; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Turner of Asheboro, Melanie Turner of Concord and Nita Eustace of Bridgeport, Texas. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and another great-granddaughter.
Due to the current COVID pandemic, the family has chosen a graveside service to be held at 11:00 a. m. Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Restland Cemetery in Olney, Texas with Scotte Clark, minister of the Hamilton Street Church of Christ, officiating.
