She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Floyd and Ruby Adelle Owen (Collins); her husband Bobby L. Self; her siblings, Robert Earle Owen (Bob), Joanne Wright and Barbara Hobbs; and her daughter-in-law Cynthia Ann Langford.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeff (Paula Langford) and Mark Langford of Port Vue, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
