She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Moore Campbell and Joe Allen Campbell; her son James Alan Lewis; her husband James Phifer Lewis; and her daughter-in-law Sylvia Allen Lewis.
She is survived by: her son John Michael Lewis (Phifer) of Dallas; her great-uncle William Thomas; and her grandchildren, Kevin Lewis of Round Rock, Kyle Lewis of Olney, Campbell Lewis of Dallas, Coleman Lewis of Dallas, Hannah L Powell of Atlanta and Claire L Matson of Tampa, Florida.. She is also survived by her two sons, six grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
