He is survived by: his wife Jewel L. Wise; his children, Rachel Lowe (Julian) of Buckner, Sonia McCutchen of Lewisville, Arkansas and LaBronce Johnson of Stamps, Arkansas; and his sister Callie Riley of Oakland. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
