He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Emmons and Lila Mae Emmons (Pardue); his wife Mabel Moore Emmons; his brother Norman Emmons; and his grandson Charles Leon Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Constance Moore (Dan Gillis) of Arrey, Cynthia Moore-Love (William) of Houston, Texas, Lila Mabel McCutcheon (Douglas) of Olney, Texas, Deanna Emmons of Alameda, California, Laura Emmons of Alameda, California and Sean Christian Emmons (Rebekah) of Olney, Texas. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
