He was predeceased by: his father Phifer Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lewis (Campbell) of Olney, Texas; his wife Sylvia Lewis of Olney, Texas; his children, Kevin Lewis (Joy) of Round Rock, Kyle Lewis of Olney, Texas, Brenda Bartlein (Harvey) of St. Louis, Debra Tapley (Mark) of Alamogordo, Natalie Rue of Seattle and Barbara Rue Wilds (Malis) of Seattle, Washington; his brother Michael Lewis (Robin) of Dallas, Texas; and his grandchildren, Nathan Lewis, Jacob Lewis, Joshua Lewis, Lane Lewis, Cason Lewis, Phifer Lewis, Ty Tapley, Trent Tapley, Jenna Bartlein and Wilson Wilds.
