She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Melvin Grovey, Sr.; and her sons, Gregory Grovey, Sr. and Maurice Melvin Grovey, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Grovey and Donna Grovey Julks. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the New Bethel Baptist Church (2315 E Mulberry St, Angleton, TX 77515).
