He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Bird. He is survived by: his wife Pam Bird; his daughters, Misti Veal (Edwin) of Oglesby and Brandy Ford of Waco; his sister Sandra Thomas of Stephenville; and his grandchildren, Delaney Perez, Tristan Perez, Abby Perez, Zayne Perez, Felicia Ford, Steven Pullin and Patricia Pullin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
