She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Blackwell of Washington and Thelma Jewel Blackwell (Caldwell); her husband Ronald Gaydos; her daughter Ronetta Sue Gaydos; and her brothers, Ambrose Wayne Blackwell and Audory Don Blackwell.

She is survived by: her nephews, Larry Don Blackwell (Dawna Michelle Blackwell) of Odessa and Robert Lee Blackwell (LaDona Christene Blackwell); her great-nephews, Braden Lee Blackwell and Bryson James Blackwell of Eastland; her son Sheldon Wayne Blackwell (Mandy Renee Blackwell); her grandchildren, Garrison Wayne Blackwell, Hayden Lane Blackwell of Hamilton and Trina Dell Hawkins (Shane Haralson Hawkins); and her great grandchildren, Halle Marie Hawkins, Zane Hank Hawkins and Heidi Ann Hawkins of Mount Calm.

She enjoyed feeding the squirrels and birds in her backyard and was an Arbor Foundation supporter.
