He is survived by: his mother Consuelo Bernal of Lamesa; his son Andrew Bernal of Roswell; his girlfriend Jennifer Nolan of O'Donnell; and his siblings, Paul Bernal Sr. (Louisa) of Tahoka, Lupe Bernal of Tahoka, Alfonso Bernal Jr. (Cris) of Lubbock, Mary (Johnny Antu) of Lamesa and Irma Baeza of Tahoka. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
