He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Davis and Myrtle Davis (Comer); his brother Chester Lee Davis; his daughter Kristi D'Ann Davis; his brother Floyd Davis; and his grandson Taylor Grant Davis.

He is survived by: his wife Kay Driver of Lamesa; his sons, Marty Davis (Sheila) of Lovington and Kirk Davis (Denise) of Welch, Texas; his grandchildren, Morgan Johnson (Chase) of Eastland, Texas, Bridgette York (John) of Lubbock, Texas, Hayden Davis (Sara) of Welch, Texas and Danielle Holdsworth (Brandon) of Norman, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Hannah, Haylen and Avery; and his siblings, Larry Davis (Susan) of Weatherford, Texas and Louise Westfall (Richard) of Lubbock, Texas..
