It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keigan Benavidez of Odonnell, Texas, born in Lubbock, Texas, who passed away on May 20, 2022, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Benavidez and Kerri Benavidez (Rios); his grandparents, Alfonso Benavidez and Maria Benavidez; his great-grandparent Eva Ruth; his friend Conlin Small; his siblings, Tristen Benavidez of Lamesa and Madison Benavidez of Lubbock; his nephews, Aidden and Bex Benavidez of Lamesa; and his grandparents, Casey and Pam Zachary of Post. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations, in Keigan's memory, be made to a charity of ones choosing.
