He was predeceased by: his wife Della Wright; his former wife Sybil Wright (King); his daughter Lucretia Ann Hines (Wright); his brother Alph Lee Wright Jr.; and his daughter-in-law Rita Gayle Wright (Cox).
He is survived by: his children, David L. Wright of New Home, Tony Wright of Odessa and Julia Lynn Garrett (Wright) of Lewisville, Texas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
