He is survived by: his wife Diana; his sons, Gavin and Carson; his brother Rene Ruiz; his stepmother Jeraldine Ruiz; and his nieces and nephews, Cameron Ruiz, Julian Lopez, Dominic Bejarano, Isla Bejarano, Avery Bugg (Cameron Bugg) and Allison Marler.
