It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Lynn Hendricks in Odessa, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Edwin B. Dempsey MD. She is survived by: her mother Jerry Dempsey of Odessa; her husband Jay Hendricks of Odessa; her children, Brady Hendricks of Bedford and Brooke Hendricks of Odessa; her grandson Gavyn Green of Odessa; her sister Shelley Rash Burger of Odessa; her niece Heidi (Clayton Winkler); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elliott and Taylor Rose of Midland; her nephew Trent Burger (Kelby) of Granbury; and her cousins, Chris (Jeff Laufer) of Midland and Diane (Tom Warner) of Florida. She is also survived by cousins, and a large list of friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made in her honor to Doctors Without Borders, The Bridge Church of Odessa, the Arthritis National Research Foundation, or any charity of your choice.
