Rose Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Smith of Odessa, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Rose's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Rose has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Dennis Roberts and Lelia Roberts; and her husband Robert Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Linnaia Hight, Victoria Robertson and Wagner. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 9820 MS-57, Vancleave, MS 39565. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Odessa English Sda Church (201 E 91st St, Odessa, TX 79765).
