She was predeceased by: her parents, John Anderson Powell Sr. and Julia Bell Powell. She is survived by: her children, Woodie Jr. Shepard (Pam) of Norman, OK, Brenda Fields (Sam) of Odessa, TX, Darrell Shepard of Grand Prairie and Patricia Shepard of Odessa; and her daughter-in-law Cheri Shepard of Oklahoma. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, a host of great great-grandchildren.
