He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hash and Emmie Jolene Hash; his brother Randall Smith; and his grandparents, Oscar and Mary Lou Chailand.
He is survived by: his sisters, Daina Fletcher (Shawnell) and Jennifer Beach (Kelly); and his nieces and nephews, K. C. Crawford (Mekayla), Branson Murphy, Oliver Beach, Brandon Beach, Mylee Murphy and Averi Beach.
