He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pauline Dominguez, Carmen and Ramon Mendoza Sr.; and his stepfather Santiago Valenzuela. He is survived by: his mother Vanessa Dominguez; his children, Ismael and Sophia Mendoza; his brother Jacob Valenzuela; his father Rene Mendoza Sr.; his stepmother Patricia Mendoza; and his siblings, Jose, Fernando Mendoza and Andrea Mendoza.
