With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Allene Bynum (Odessa, Texas), born in Atlanta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 20, 2024 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amy Youmans and Allen Seibers; her sister Claudia; and her brother-in-law Ronnie Callahan. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Bynum; her children, Danielle Bynum-Harrell, Christopher Bynum, Hope McKinnis, Casey Bynum and David Harrell; and her daughter-in-law Sally McKinnis.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Sea Turtle Inc of South Padre Island, a cause that held a special place in Phyllis' heart.
