He was predeceased by: his parents, Hildred "Hot Shot" Wilkerson and Billie Wilkerson; and his brother Jerry Don Wilkerson. He is survived by: his wife Pennie Wilkerson of Odessa; his children, Ashley Lawson (Justin) of Buda, TX and Patrick Wilkerson (Lily) of San Diego, CA.; his granddaughter Burklee Lawson; and his siblings, Shirley Peterson (David), Debra Gordon (Doug) and Brian Wilkerson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
