It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Felkins of Odessa, Texas, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah David Felkins and Rosa Mae Downing Felkins; his wife Polly Clark Felkins; his mother-in-law Maye; his siblings-in-law, Mary-Joyce and Paul; his siblings, Lester, Lillie, Mary, Mildred, Vera and Lois; his sons, Noah, David, Louis and Dwayne Felkins; and his grandchildren, Candace and Jared Hoyt.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Felkins (Jimmy Stanley), Mary Felkins Dye of Odessa, Carol (Allan Hoyt) and Clifford Felkins of Lubbock; and his grandchildren, Misty Bolton, Patti Bolton, Misty Ballard, Christine Vail-Hail, Amber Gray, Melissa Vail Kreutzer, Cassidy Norwood, Sean McCullough, Joshua Felkins, Jeremy Felkins and Dakota Hoyt. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
