He was predeceased by: his parents, Yvonne Melton and Leon Melton. He is survived by: his spouse J'Nevelyn Williams Melton; his daughter Julie; his son-in-law Steve Porter; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Becky Melton; his grandchildren, Tory, David Krawczynski, Alison, Denver Pradon, Nash, Katie Porter, John Melton and Cate Melton; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Campbell, Dax and Trey; his sister Margo; and his siblings-in-law, Powell Campbell and Cindy Pass. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Larry Melton Fund at Medical Center Health System Foundation or The Larry Melton Graduation Scholarship at Odessa College Foundation.
