He is survived by: his daughters, Miranda Gist of Odessa, Gina Gist of Odessa and Joni Gist of Odessa; his granddaughter Lauren Gist-Elliott of Weatherford, Texas.; his great grandchildren, Layla, Dannie and Dawson Elliott of Weatherford Texas; and his siblings, Alice Marie Bradberry of Corpus Christi and Marcus Sprague Gist (Cheryl).
