It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Taylor of Odessa, Texas, born in Jayton, Texas, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Flo Taylor (Baker) and Charlie Taylor; his siblings, Bobby Taylor (Rose), Betty Ake (Taylor) and Larry Dale; his brothers-in-law, Joe White (Doris Ann) and Otis White (Potsy); and his parents-in-law, Johnnie and Alpha White.
He is survived by: his wife Johnnye Taylor (White); his daughter Johnna Taylor Rosson; and his great grandchild Cannon Jaxx Criswell of Odessa, TX. He is also survived by numerous cousins and many nieces, great nieces, great-great nieces, nephews, great nephews, and great-great nephews.
Memorials may be given to Meals on Wheels, Shriners Children's Hospital or a charity of your choice.
