We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2024, at the age of 84, Jimmy Don McNeil of Odessa, Texas, born in Carlsbad, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rounder McNeil and Florence McNeil; his siblings, Jackie, Yuvonne, William and Floyd; and his granddaughter Samantha Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Jimbob McNeil (Leslie), Vance McNeil (Amber) and Lezlie Yurrita (Enrique); his grandchildren, Taryn Smith (Fletch), Jordan Agar (Gary), Connor McNeil (Taylor), Cade McNeil, Marlea McNeil, Bryce Davis (Katie), Sterling Yurrita (Kalli) and Shyanne Yurrita; his great grandchildren, Suttyn, Sawyer, Andi, Arch, Lilly, Ty and Sage; and his caregivers, Manuela and Rita Lujan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to West of the Pecos Museum.
