She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jose Chapa and Modesta Chapa; her daughters, Mary Alice Rivera, Rose Vega and Irene Garza Jr.; her husband Jesus Cuellar; and her grandchildren, Jenney Martinez, Daniel Vega, Amanda Olvera, John Almendarez, Nicholas Vega, Vianca Almendarez, Michael Almendarez, Anthony Vega, Victoria De La Cruz and Alyssa Davila. She was also cherished by 19 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at the same location.
