He was predeceased by: his mothers, Lee Monroe Smith and Iona Beatrice Smith (Boggs); his siblings, Beatrice Estelle Williford (Smith), Albert Leon Smith, Edith Louise Bryant (Smith) and Willie Floyd Smith; and his son Scotty Lynn Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Smith; his children, Tony Smith (Lisa) and LuAnn Smith (Bill); his daughter-in-law Sherrie Smith; his grandchildren, Crystal Smith, Tyler Smith (Alexandra), Samantha Gonzales (Jeremy), Madeline Smith, Hollie Young (Brian) and Kate Smith; and his great grandchildren, Sunny Lynn Henry, Violet Elyse Henry, Titus Wade Smith and Elaina Jane Gonzales. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
